Symposium Presentation Guidelines
A symposium consists of a series of three to four presentations on a related topic. For example, three people in the same research lab can present on three related studies. The duration of each symposium is 60 minutes, including 12 minutes for Q&A. Please note that Internet access will be available during the presentation.
Individual Oral Presentation Guidelines
The duration of each Oral Presentation is 15 minutes, including 3 minutes for Q&A. The conference committee will regroup individual presentations in 60-minute long sessions according to their theme. A moderator will be present to facilitate the session and keep track of time. Please note that Internet access will be available during the presentation.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
A Poster Presentation is the best option for presenting results of focused empirical studies. Poster presentations provide ample opportunity for close interaction between presenters and conference attendees. The poster board surface area is a maximum of 4 feet wide by 4 feet high (121.92cm x 121.92cm). Push pins will be provided for you to affix your poster to the display boards. If desired, presenters may hand out information sheets to those viewing their poster.
