Public Transit

 

From The Airport

  • Starting at the airport stop, take the Bus #97 towards Hurdman

  • Get off at Hurdman A

  • Walk towards the O-Train and take the West train towards Tunney’s Pasture

  • Get off at uOttawa Station

  • From the via rail station, walk towards the O-Train (Tremblay Station)

  • Take the West Train towards Tunney’s Pasture

  • Get off at uOttawa Station

From St. Laurent Bus Station (Stop C)

  • Enter O-Train Station and take the West train towards Tunney’s Pasture

  • Exit at uOttawa Station

If Line 1 is Down

If rail service is disrupted, technicians will respond promptly. If the problem is resolved within 15 minutes, train service will resume with minimal delays. Trains can sometimes stay on a single track. If full train service is not restored soon, R1 replacement bus service may be implemented.

If the R1 service has been deployed, you should look for the following:

Check the home page of the OCtranspo website for updates.
Look for a yellow box that says R1 and has a bus logo on it.
Look for information screens at the stations.
Listen for audio announcements.
Staff in red vests may also be on-site to help you.

Parking permits can be purchased daily at the University of Ottawa.
